Upon arrival performed a one system maintenance checking cooling. Checked inside air handlers electrical, mechanical and safety components. Changed out customer supplied filter. Then checked outdoor units pressures, capacitor, contactor and coils. Everything checked out good. I did find a pitted contactor that will need to be changed out soon, recommended replacing contactor, adding surge protection, air scrubber for indoor air quality and a start assist for the compressor. Homeowner wanted to look over estimate
Board is burnt and voltage is not coming out of board correctly, causing thermostat to malfunction and lose signal, not calling for heat and fan stuck in perpetual on state. Needs replacement.
Checked amp draw‘s on heat strips blower motor, check filter, check pressures on heat pump, checked amp draw‘s on condenser fan motor, and compressor, while at the outdoor unit found that the contactor was pitted and recommended replacement

Routine spring maintenance, everything check out
Dispatched to no heat. Upon arrival found a flame rollout switch triggered shutting off power to the furnace. After a long diagnostic I believe that the house is low on propane giving the furnace in consistent gas pressure. Customer is going to have gas company comedy’s and check propane.

Performed heat check, changed main filter, there is a smaller filter in master bedroom to be changed on spring check. Technician will need to bring a 6 foot ladder to access. All components are working properly at this time.
