Came out on one system maintenance. Checked Amp draws checked temperature split over unit checked electrical connections checked contactor checked run capacitors checked bearings checked blades checked drain lines checked coils checked air scrubber uv light Found Dual run cap suppose to be 40/10 we are reading 39.5/7.4 which is bad needs to be replaced No surge protection on any equipment. Dusty duct work causing motor to work harder.

Completed one system fall matience on 3 year old lennox air handler. Unit needs a new filter 16x25x4, but other than that system is operating correctly. Unit also already has UV light air purification.
Ran a new low voltage wire from the air handler to the condenser.
Completed installation of a Lennox 16 seer heat pump start up.
