John did a great job
Great job. Very professional
Upfront explanations and professional workmanship (on time, courteous, clean, all of those!) and a fair price mean a quality job well done! Thank you again!
John was very pleasant and professional. He has serviced our home before and did an excellent job just as he did previously. We’d love having him service our home regularly, going forward.
The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and provided good feedback. Recommend them to everyone
John is a fine young professional who explains things thoroughly and honestly. Very trustworthy and dependable!
John is courteous and a nice guy.
Everything was professional from the dispatchers, to the emails, call and text updates, to the electrician sent to the house. He followed safety protocol (wearing a mask), checked everything thoroughly and explained step-by-step what he did. I would definitely recommend Crome to friends and family. Thank you
Technician who came yesterday to my home to fix colling issue is fraud. He has added more freeons than the normal levels and told me I have to replace txv unit and told its gonna cost $1600 for labor. There's no such issue. He has also didnt regulate the ac on purpose.Worst ever experience. He charged me $370 for adding freeons. I had an other honest technician who had to remove extra freeon s to avoid damage to my unit. Chrome is a reputed company. You need to take quick action on this matter. I would need the refund for the worst service I faced.
John Williams is very professional, and Knowledgeable of his work.
