Everything was professional from the dispatchers, to the emails, call and text updates, to the electrician sent to the house. He followed safety protocol (wearing a mask), checked everything thoroughly and explained step-by-step what he did. I would definitely recommend Crome to friends and family. Thank you

Worst service

Review of Chrome Heating & Air Conditioning

Technician who came yesterday to my home to fix colling issue is fraud. He has added more freeons than the normal levels and told me I have to replace txv unit and told its gonna cost $1600 for labor. There's no such issue. He has also didnt regulate the ac on purpose.Worst ever experience. He charged me $370 for adding freeons. I had an other honest technician who had to remove extra freeon s to avoid damage to my unit. Chrome is a reputed company. You need to take quick action on this matter. I would need the refund for the worst service I faced.

Tried to complete estimate on adding insulation. After inspection in problem areas we cannot add insulation to needed area (kitchen) due to lack of access from the attic. Pictures attached. To get to kitchen we would have to squeeze through a tight whole with a 6-8 ft from immediately afterwards. Also inspected daughters room, insulation was 10-12 inches.

Completed diagnostic of commercial RTU. Unit is working intermediately, after checking unit the ignitor/flame sensor was burnt. After cleaning it the unit was still working intermediately. Replacement of ignitor/flame sensor is recommended. Estimate attached. Came back with new flame sensor after replacement of ignitor furnace was still firing off then stopping. After further diagnostic I found a separate flame sensor. After I cleaned flame sensor unit is constantly heating. Tested heat several times. Came back a little later with unit blowing cold air, I found thermostat was programmed for heat pump which this system is not. It was causing ac to run on a heat call. I programmed stat for gas heat and unit is operating properly.

As a result they weren't allowing airflow to pass through the furnace making it trip on high tempature. After filter change and educating tenants about filters both furnaces are up and running. Couldn't get ahold of Chris (landlord) he is an educator and is most likely teaching. Left voice-mail to have him call the office to pay.
