Upon arrival found heat working properly for upstairs and not for downstairs. Found that heat strips were only coming on for upstairs zone when Tstat would call for it. Adjusted downstairs Tstat settings and had to add a jumper From w1 to w2 on zone board per manual. Heat strips are now operating for downstairs Tstat. Also noticed oil all over evaporator coil, indicating refrigerant leaks. System is now heating properly. But may have issues in future with refrigerant. Recommended replacing system if it has refrigerant issues due to R-22 not being made anymore.

Upon arrival found the both units were not heating. Checked RTU for customer area and found unit trying to lite but no gas. Found that the gas hasn’t been turned on to the building. Once gas is turned on unit should begin to heat. On the RTU that does the back found that the belt had broke off and got stuck on blower pulley. When blower would come on it was locked up from the belt and caused the motor to burn out. When belt broke it also yanked the motor causing bracket to bend that hold motor. Will need to replace low voltage fuse, belt, blower motor and bracket. Sent estimate over for repairs and to replace filters. Parts would have to be ordered from carrier and will take 7-10 day to get. Quote#1758866
